Oh...I guess since about Mayish or Juneish there has been open voting to the public to choose the next Texas music artist that will record a Live at Billy Bob's Texas record.
Now if you're not familiar with Billy Bob's Texas (BBT)...let me help you get familiar. It's the largest honky tonk in the world and it is located in the historic Fort Worth, Texas stockyards. And it has showcased some of the greatest names in music and has thrown down some of the BEST concerts. (So, I have heard.) lol
And as I have heard and read...it's an honor and a privilege as a music artist to be able to perform a live concert at BBT. Also you know you have made it, if you get the opportunity to perform there...But...But...it's also an absolute privilege and honor to be able to record a live album at BBT.
Several Texas music artists have recorded live albums at BBT's...but now BBT is hosting a contest and letting the people decide who they want to record the next Live at Billy Bob's Texas record.
The contest is now narrowed down to ten music artists. And voting is still open and will close TODAY, July 14, 2011. So, URGENCY is necessary NOW...to get your vote in. Or hell voting already might be closed, but still go and check out the music artist nominees and learn about some new cool music artists. The winner will be announced Friday, July 18, 2011. On July 29, 2011, at Billy Bob's Texas, the winners will be present... to perform I'm assuming. hmmm...lol.
