Artist of the Week:  The Vaccines

  
I just discovered this band and they have me convinced that the best music and music videos come from bands in Europe.  Yeah, Europe. 

The Vaccines is an indie rock band from London, United Kingdom, that just formed in 2010.  Band members consist of Justin Young (vocals, guitar), Arni Hjorvar (bass), Freddie Cowan (guitar) and Pete Robertson (drums).   


The Vaccines released their debut album on March 14, 2011 through Columbia Records, called, What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?  The album charted top 5 in the UK and 197 in the US.

Also a fun fact is that, The Vaccines were nominated for an MTV Award for 'Best New Band of 2011'.

The Vaccine's music definitely has that old school mellow rock feel to it and I totally love it and I think y'all will too, so give their music a listen to.
